日前,工業和信息化部科技司公布了2020~2021年度30個物聯網關(guan)鍵技(ji)術與平(ping)臺(tai)創(chuang)新類(lei)(lei)、集成(cheng)創(chuang)新與融合應用類(lei)(lei)示范(fan)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)優秀案例。國(guo)家電網(wang)有限公(gong)司3個(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)入(ru)選。其中,國(guo)網(wang)綜(zong)合能源服務(wu)集團有限公(gong)司“基于智慧物聯體系的‘綠色國(guo)網(wang)’綜(zong)合能源服務(wu)平(ping)臺(tai)”項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)被(bei)評(ping)為(wei)平(ping)臺(tai)創(chuang)新類(lei)(lei)優秀案例,國(guo)網(wang)江(jiang)蘇省電力有限公(gong)司“能源互聯網(wang)智慧物聯體系關(guan)鍵技(ji)術攻關(guan)和核(he)心(xin)裝備研制”項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)及國(guo)網(wang)華北分部(bu)“電力系統(tong)源網(wang)荷儲協同互動(dong)調度控制示范(fan)應用”項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)(mu)(mu)被(bei)評(ping)為(wei)集成(cheng)創(chuang)新與融合應用類(lei)(lei)優秀案例。
據介紹,“綠色國(guo)網”綜(zong)合(he)能(neng)(neng)源服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)平(ping)臺已開發微服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)、微應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)112個,集成各省級智慧能(neng)(neng)源服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)平(ping)臺應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)165個。該平(ping)臺協同客戶側能(neng)(neng)源管(guan)理(li)系(xi)統,實(shi)現交互應(ying)用(yong)(yong)(yong)層、業務(wu)(wu)(wu)管(guan)理(li)層和設(she)備感知(zhi)層建設(she),打造了(le)綜(zong)合(he)能(neng)(neng)源服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)三層數(shu)字(zi)化智慧物(wu)(wu)聯(lian)體系(xi)架構(gou),實(shi)現了(le)業務(wu)(wu)(wu)貫通,支撐生態圈(quan)共建共享共用(yong)(yong)(yong)。“綠色國(guo)網”還基于(yu)該架構(gou)整合(he)物(wu)(wu)聯(lian)管(guan)理(li)平(ping)臺、邊緣物(wu)(wu)聯(lian)代(dai)理(li)及(ji)企業中臺資源,實(shi)現了(le)云(yun)邊協同和源端數(shu)據貫通,構(gou)建了(le)標準(zhun)統一的物(wu)(wu)聯(lian)模型,促進(jin)了(le)能(neng)(neng)源流與信息(xi)流深度融合(he)。
“能源互聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)智(zhi)慧(hui)物(wu)(wu)聯(lian)(lian)體(ti)系(xi)關鍵(jian)技術攻關和核(he)心裝備(bei)研制(zhi)”項目研制(zhi)了物(wu)(wu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)接入平(ping)臺、邊(bian)(bian)緣代理等(deng)智(zhi)慧(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)核(he)心裝備(bei),構(gou)建電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)物(wu)(wu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)邊(bian)(bian)緣計算解決(jue)方案,實現統(tong)(tong)一物(wu)(wu)聯(lian)(lian)管(guan)理和終端(duan)標準化接入,支撐電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)全(quan)面感知(zhi)、分析和決(jue)策(ce),著力(li)促進實體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)和數字系(xi)統(tong)(tong)融合,加強電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)各環節(jie)(jie)感知(zhi)與連(lian)接,在線匯聚電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)全(quan)環節(jie)(jie)采集數據,提升電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)可觀測(ce)、可描述、可控制(zhi)能力(li)。江蘇全(quan)省范(fan)圍內輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)、變電(dian)(dian)(dian)、配電(dian)(dian)(dian)等(deng)各類業務(wu)場景累計接入邊(bian)(bian)設備(bei)20萬余(yu)臺、端(duan)設備(bei)150萬余(yu)臺。
“電(dian)力系統源(yuan)(yuan)網荷(he)儲協(xie)同(tong)互動(dong)調(diao)度控制(zhi)(zhi)示(shi)范應(ying)(ying)用”項(xiang)目率先(xian)實現了適應(ying)(ying)電(dian)動(dong)汽車、分布式儲能、電(dian)采(cai)暖等負荷(he)側(ce)資源(yuan)(yuan)參(can)與(yu)電(dian)網優化(hua)的(de)源(yuan)(yuan)網荷(he)儲協(xie)同(tong)控制(zhi)(zhi)技術架構,解決(jue)了負荷(he)側(ce)資源(yuan)(yuan)參(can)與(yu)電(dian)網協(xie)同(tong)互動(dong)的(de)網絡(luo)安全、高效(xiao)接入(ru)、實時調(diao)節等方面(mian)難(nan)題,構建了能適應(ying)(ying)各類充(chong)電(dian)樁(zhuang)、電(dian)采(cai)暖、分布式儲能等資源(yuan)(yuan)大(da)規模接入(ru)的(de)協(xie)同(tong)互動(dong)調(diao)度控制(zhi)(zhi)平(ping)臺;建立以電(dian)力服務市(shi)場(chang)為(wei)基礎的(de)商業模式,實現有效(xiao)補償和激(ji)勵,累計接入(ru)21家(jia)第三方獨立主體(ti)聚(ju)合商參(can)與(yu)市(shi)場(chang),共聚(ju)合終端8.9萬個,可提供(gong)負荷(he)側(ce)資源(yuan)(yuan)1030萬千(qian)瓦。
