為了滿足高速率、低延時、高可靠性的需求,5G對天線(發射端和接收端)提出了高要求。MIMO與Massive MIMO多天線技術利用大數定律,有效克服了信號衰落,提高了5G信號傳輸的效率,同時降低了傳輸成本,為5G的大規模推廣提供了可能。

根據(ju)智(zhi)研咨詢數據(ju),近年(nian)來(lai),我國天(tian)(tian)線市(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)規模(mo)(mo)不斷擴大(da),2016年(nian),中國天(tian)(tian)線市(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)規模(mo)(mo)為215.45億(yi)(yi)元(yuan),到(dao)2020年(nian)達(da)到(dao)490.62億(yi)(yi)元(yuan),2016-2020年(nian)CAGR為22.8%。其(qi)中,2020年(nian)中國終端(duan)天(tian)(tian)線市(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)規模(mo)(mo)為119.12億(yi)(yi)元(yuan),占比(bi)中國整體天(tian)(tian)線市(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)份(fen)額(e)為24.28%。預計2022年(nian)中國天(tian)(tian)線市(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)規模(mo)(mo)為505.02億(yi)(yi)元(yuan),按終端(duan)天(tian)(tian)線占比(bi)約25%的(de)比(bi)例估算,2022年(nian)中國終端(duan)天(tian)(tian)線市(shi)(shi)(shi)場(chang)規模(mo)(mo)將為126.26億(yi)(yi)元(yuan)。

5G周期隨(sui)著通(tong)信(xin)技(ji)術創新的(de)大量涌現,網絡(luo)高頻化(hua)、前(qian)端模(mo)組化(hua)使得射頻器件(jian)數量和價值量增(zeng)加(jia),促進5G射頻前(qian)端市場規模(mo)擴張。

射頻前端(duan)是無線(xian)通信設備的(de)一個(ge)核(he)心(xin)部件,是將無線(xian)電磁波(bo)信號和二進制數字信號進行(xing)互相轉化的(de)基(ji)礎部件。按照功(gong)(gong)能可分(fen)為(wei)發射端(duan)(TX)和接收端(duan)(RX);按照組成器件可分(fen)為(wei)功(gong)(gong)率放大器(PA)、低(di)頻噪聲放大器(LNA)、濾波(bo)器(Filters)、開關(Switches)、雙工器(Duplexes)和調諧器(Antenna Tuner)等。不同零部件功(gong)(gong)能為(wei):

l  功率放(fang)大器負責發射(she)通道的(de)射(she)頻(pin)信(xin)號(hao)的(de)放(fang)大;

l  濾波(bo)(bo)器負(fu)責發(fa)射及(ji)接受信(xin)號的濾波(bo)(bo);

l  低(di)噪聲放大(da)(da)器負責接受通道中的小信號放大(da)(da);

l  射頻(pin)開關負責(ze)接受、發射通道之間的切換;

l  雙工器負責準雙工切換、接受/發送通道(dao)的射頻信號濾波;

l  調諧器負責射(she)頻(pin)信號的(de)信道選擇(ze)、頻(pin)率(lv)變化和放大。

近年(nian)來,全球前端(duan)射(she)(she)頻市場(chang)規模保(bao)持較快增長態勢,根據QYR Electronic Research Center數據,2022年(nian)全球射(she)(she)頻前端(duan)市場(chang)規模將達到272億美元,同比(bi)增長15.25%。
