2023年(nian)(nian)(nian)6月30日,在國(guo)(guo)(guo)際電(dian)信(xin)聯盟(meng)無線電(dian)局衛(wei)(wei)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)研(yan)究(jiu)組(zu)第(di)二工(gong)作組(zu)(ITU-R SG4 WP4B,以下(xia)簡(jian)稱“WP4B”)全會上,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)信(xin)息(xi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)研(yan)究(jiu)院(yuan)(yuan)(以下(xia)簡(jian)稱“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)信(xin)通(tong)(tong)(tong)院(yuan)(yuan)”)牽頭,聯合中(zhong)(zhong)信(xin)科(ke)移(yi)動通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)股份有限公司(以下(xia)簡(jian)稱“中(zhong)(zhong)信(xin)科(ke)移(yi)動”)、上海微小衛(wei)(wei)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)工(gong)程中(zhong)(zhong)心等單位(wei)立項(xiang)的(de)(de)《衛(wei)(wei)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際移(yi)動通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)(IMT)未來技(ji)術(shu)(shu)趨勢(shi)》正式獲得通(tong)(tong)(tong)過,這(zhe)是(shi)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際電(dian)信(xin)聯盟(meng)無線電(dian)局(ITU-R)立項(xiang)的(de)(de)首個面(mian)向6G衛(wei)(wei)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)研(yan)究(jiu)項(xiang)目,標(biao)志著面(mian)向未來的(de)(de)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)地融合技(ji)術(shu)(shu)標(biao)準(zhun)化工(gong)作取得了新的(de)(de)重大進(jin)展(zhan)。該項(xiang)目由我國(guo)(guo)(guo)牽頭設立,中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)信(xin)通(tong)(tong)(tong)院(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)劉碩作為編(bian)輯(ji)人(ren)(Editor),中(zhong)(zhong)信(xin)科(ke)移(yi)動的(de)(de)侯利明作為聯合編(bian)輯(ji)人(ren)(Co-Editor),內(nei)容涉及手機直連(lian)衛(wei)(wei)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)通(tong)(tong)(tong)信(xin)、星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)上處理、星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)間鏈路、高低軌衛(wei)(wei)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)協同、星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)地頻譜共享技(ji)術(shu)(shu)等重點(dian)技(ji)術(shu)(shu)方向。根據目前的(de)(de)工(gong)作計劃(hua),《衛(wei)(wei)星(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)IMT未來技(ji)術(shu)(shu)趨勢(shi)》將于(yu)2026年(nian)(nian)(nian)上半(ban)年(nian)(nian)(nian)完成。

中國(guo)信(xin)通(tong)院自2020年起(qi)就(jiu)在ITU-R WP4B工作組積極牽頭5G/6G衛(wei)星無線(xian)電接口技(ji)(ji)術(shu)項目,推動我國(guo)星地融合(he)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)走向(xiang)(xiang)國(guo)際化(hua)。在2023年6月的(de)ITU-R WP4B第53次會議上(shang),由中國(guo)信(xin)通(tong)院牽頭組成的(de)中國(guo)代表團輸入了(le)《衛(wei)星IMT未來技(ji)(ji)術(shu)趨勢(shi)》初稿和(he)工作計(ji)劃的(de)提案(an),該提案(an)一經提出就(jiu)引起(qi)了(le)國(guo)際上(shang)多個(ge)國(guo)家和(he)企(qi)業的(de)關注,開啟了(le)面(mian)向(xiang)(xiang)未來的(de)衛(wei)星IMT技(ji)(ji)術(shu)研究工作。

《衛星IMT未(wei)(wei)來(lai)技(ji)術趨勢》的(de)(de)立項通(tong)(tong)過(guo),標(biao)志著6G衛星通(tong)(tong)信技(ji)術國(guo)際標(biao)準(zhun)化工作方面取(qu)得(de)了新的(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)大突(tu)破(po),是我國(guo)通(tong)(tong)信科研(yan)人(ren)員對國(guo)際標(biao)準(zhun)化研(yan)究的(de)(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要貢(gong)獻(xian),為(wei)未(wei)(wei)來(lai)的(de)(de)衛星通(tong)(tong)信技(ji)術標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)奠定了重(zhong)(zhong)要基礎。
此外,在本次會議中我國聯合法國、俄羅斯分別立項了《5G衛星無線電接口技術評估》和《衛星物聯網技術和應用》兩個研究(jiu)項目(mu),有力推(tui)動了5G衛星的發展。
