北京博(bo)魯(lu)斯(si)潘精(jing)密機(ji)(ji)床(chuang)有限公司(簡稱(cheng)PMT)于近(jin)期(qi)建成國內規模較大的智能制(zhi)造(zao)生(sheng)產(chan)線(xian)。整線(xian)高(gao)端(duan)數控精(jing)密主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)120余(yu)臺(tai),附(fu)機(ji)(ji)及機(ji)(ji)器(qi)人150余(yu)臺(tai)套,該項目一期(qi)順利(li)(li)交付吉利(li)(li)汽(qi)(qi)車集團,現已開始逐步批(pi)量投產(chan),將(jiang)實現每年330天、每天24小(xiao)時連續生(sheng)產(chan)。該產(chan)線(xian)將(jiang)用(yong)于吉利(li)(li)沃爾沃、吉利(li)(li)汽(qi)(qi)車百色高(gao)端(duan)鋁合金輪轂無人化(hua)生(sheng)產(chan)制(zhi)造(zao),并可(ke)供應主(zhu)流(liu)汽(qi)(qi)車廠。
該智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)生(sheng)產線(xian)(xian),由四軸高(gao)(gao)(gao)精(jing)(jing)高(gao)(gao)(gao)速雙(shuang)刀(dao)塔(ta)數(shu)(shu)控立式(shi)車(che)(che)床、數(shu)(shu)控臥(wo)式(shi)車(che)(che)床、立式(shi)加(jia)工(gong)中心、機(ji)器人、零件(jian)(jian)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)識(shi)(shi)別系統(tong)、圖像處理系統(tong)、測(ce)量(liang)(liang)系統(tong)及附屬物(wu)流線(xian)(xian)等(deng)設備組(zu)成,可(ke)實現(xian)零件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)輸入、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)定(ding)位、智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)識(shi)(shi)別、智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)找正、零件(jian)(jian)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)定(ding)心、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)上下料(liao)、全(quan)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)加(jia)工(gong)、自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)測(ce)量(liang)(liang),以及智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)尺(chi)寸變(bian)(bian)化趨勢分析、預判,實現(xian)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)補償等(deng)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)。另外(wai),為了(le)較好地克服(fu)薄(bo)壁(bi)零件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)裝卡變(bian)(bian)形(xing)問(wen)題,原創性(xing)地實現(xian)了(le)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)伺服(fu)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)——高(gao)(gao)(gao)速旋轉的(de)(de)(de)薄(bo)壁(bi)工(gong)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)卡緊力(li)隨(sui)切(qie)削(xue)綜合速度、切(qie)深等(deng)工(gong)藝參數(shu)(shu)而變(bian)(bian)化。更為突出的(de)(de)(de)是,整線(xian)(xian)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)平臺的(de)(de)(de)柔(rou)性(xing)化特征明顯,可(ke)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)識(shi)(shi)別不同的(de)(de)(de)輪轂工(gong)件(jian)(jian),調(diao)用相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)機(ji)加(jia)工(gong)程序,同時根據(ju)不同的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)件(jian)(jian),自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)識(shi)(shi)別匹(pi)配相(xiang)應(ying)的(de)(de)(de)卡具(ju)卡緊力(li),并通過在線(xian)(xian)測(ce)量(liang)(liang)裝置,實現(xian)序中檢測(ce)及反饋,以保證(zheng)工(gong)件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)工(gong)要求(qiu)。同時,該項目(mu)全(quan)線(xian)(xian)可(ke)以適應(ying)新能(neng)(neng)(neng)源汽車(che)(che)電機(ji)殼體類精(jing)(jing)密零件(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)無人化制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)造(zao),滿足未來市(shi)場(chang)變(bian)(bian)化的(de)(de)(de)需求(qiu),將使用戶工(gong)廠得以適應(ying)多(duo)變(bian)(bian)的(de)(de)(de)市(shi)場(chang)競爭。
